Engine Harness Routing

Quick question on routing the engine harness wires back through the firewall hole. There are several paths the harness can take, and it not obvious which path they should take at this time. I have labeled a photo with the view I'm looking at with the three possible routes:
A: Under Green (the way I started...you can see EZK)
B: Between green and orange
C: Above green and orange.

Here's how it was on my '90GT, AFAIK never had been removed since new, at least before this picture was taken. Ignore all the red markings.

Rob, thanks very much, it looks like I have gone the same route. As I get further along it looks to be the right approach given the height of the bell housing. The wires even went through the fire wall easily...seems theres an order that works best
