Default Turn signals aren't working

None of my turn signal lights work and the turn signal indicator on the dash doesn't flash fast like the bulbs are out, in fact it doesn't flash at all, it stays on solid green. Is that normal? I replaced the flasher relay hoping that was the problem but it wasn't. What's the next step? I'm going to switch out all the fuses and replace all the bulbs, anything else I should look into? I got the car 2 years ago and it's so close to being road worthy I can taste it! It's a '79 btw

look at the 14 pin connector under the hood on passenger side.

Turn signals get juice from #3?. I'd have to check but either
#1,2 or #3 on pin connector. These are toward the rear.

Clean these and they may work again.

get your fuse relay chart out,
and verify that you have the correct part number relay installed,
also that it is in the correct slot on the CE panel;
you wouldnt be the first to have the relay in the wrong slot
Do the hazards work?

Solid green can mean one of the indicator bulbs is out, or fuse is blown/dirty contacts. Check the fuse, clean the contacts on the fuse panel, use a new fuse. If no dice then check the indicator bulbs.

Darn you guys are fast.
