Dave - caught some motivation from your post and upgraded my antennae to the S2000 version like you.

Knowing that I had to notch out the metal seat plate so I could rotate the unit and the plastic cap so it would fit at the rotated orientation made things go much quicker.

Thanks for the idea! Very happy with the aesthetics of the new one versus the flaccid one that was attached previously.
