PPI for '78 in OH. Anyone near there?
Might anyone be available, or know someone that could do a PPI in Fostoria OH? It is about 50 minutes south of Toledo and 1:45 north of Columbus.
I am interested in this car and have spoken to the owner, he says he's had it since 2001 and never done any maintenance at all but says it runs fine. ( ...I Know..)

If I like it, it may go to $5,000. I like the fact that its an early VIN.

Yeah, it seems to be distant from any major metropolis. It so hard to figure what car is right for me when I cant see and drive them.

Looks very nice from the pictures. Lots of original and correct details in the engine compartment. Interior shots?
