Default Front Brembo caliper bleed screw broken update

Well i managed to break a drill bit off trying to get it out... of course...

Should i take it to a machine shop where they can mount it up and drill it straight? Another buddy of mine was suggesting taking it to a good welding shop to weld on something to grab it with.

Once there is a drill bit broken off in it, things get really tough....especially in a caliper, which has to have a perfect shape, inside the caliper, for the bleeder to seat against.

Call around and see if you can find a shop, in Canada that specializes in removal of broken drill and taps, using EDM. There's a guy, about 10 miles from my shop, who gets stuff shipped from all over the country/world to remove broken off stuff in aluminum.

"Jerry's Broken Drill and Tap Removal", in your browser, will get you there.
