Default Air pump parts position

Guys,

I have two questions regarding the air pump parts position.

1) Is the big metal washer is at the right place? Right orientation?
2) Where the small copper washers go?

I removed the air pump and took it apart to change the front seal.
Don't have problem with everything else except those washers.

Thank you in advance.

Thanks Craig.

I have that one too. Actually, it's the only one I have!
But there's no clear picture showing where those washers go.

Anyone have an idea or a place I can get an air pump parts diagram?

Thank you.

I plan on pulling mine out this weekend as part of a PK tensioner install, if you haven't sorted it by then I'll chime in.

One more step my friend and I think we'll see what I'm looking for!
If you use a hammer, you can tap the copper shaft to the back.
Once removed, we will see where and how the big metal washer and the three smaller thin copper washers go. That's what I need to know.

Thank you very much Malcolm.

Yes you do.
I used three washers with each pulley screws. All this screw to the pulley holder
And used a puller to grab under each three screw/washers to pull the holder off.

I think it would work too if you put back the pulley on the puller holder and use the puller on the pulley itself.
