My car is definitely a Euro with the M28.11. Checked block etc. Looks like what happened was it was fitted with an earlier exhaust system...definitely possible.

What a cluster. I know I can find the pumpkin and the intermediate, but that forward one is going to be a pain.

Your best bet is a junkyard "euro" where you can rock up and unbolt it yourself. Might be tricky up by the lakes, but if you search here for euro's spotted in junkyards you might be able to get help from another rennlister somewhere warmer/drier.

How's your car going btw? Post progress pics here:

lol I'll check and see if I still have 2. Shipping will be really insane however, probably to the point of unfeasible. I'll have a look up there this weekend and take some pics - I need to dig out my extended hub steering wheel I don't need anymore that someone in France wanted pics of.

My car is going excellent. The body is all set. We repainted a couple of little things and removed a dent from the right rear fender.

My interior is being tackled right now and I visited the car today, it looks really, really sweet. I'm having the seat inserts redone in perforated leather to bring back the life of the pleats, but keep the rest of the good leather and re-dye it. It'll look like a 2 year old car once it's done.

Pictures soon. I am confident in saying this - I think I'll have one of the nicer 16v ROW's on Rennlist. I'm really really proud of what my car is becoming and it isn't the absolute best, but it will make people say "damn, nice ride!."
