Apart from carpets is it just the door bins that need recovered?

The rear cover may be a bit harder to get hold of in Magenta.

Currently it is double black interior which is a safe option but does not do the car justice.

Charles, my experience was the Magenta carpet was definitely polarizing between those that either loved it or hated it. You are the first to both love and hate it, lol!

The carpet color translate poorly in pictures, I personally wasn't sure until I saw the car in person. Fell in love with it immediately when I did, ymmv.

Seriously, congrats on your Zermat GTS, in my opinion the best silver Porsche makes on the already stunning GTS.

Anyone who complains about magenta interior color should see it themselves. Pictures do not accurately show what it looks like in real life.

Not many color combos that turn my head. But Zermatt with Magenta is one of my favorites. I like the obscure colors. Makes a 928 more memorable. Had I known William's car was available I might have been tempted. Truly a wonderful car in all ways.

Well I got the talking too from my other half today. Whatever I do to the 928 must be necessary and not make the car "worse" to drive than when I bought it.

No unnecessary spend.

So the original shocks are going to be replace with Bilsteins maybe GT front springs. If I do it right away she will not notice the difference. LOL

I bought a M220 968 in DE then drove it around the Nurburgring within 20 mins of buying it. Then took it to Spa and it rolled around so much I fitted M030 pack and the poor roads showed up the firmer set up. So I guess I have a history.

Anyway after 22 years 928 deserves a make over so Nivea is waiting and i am getting quotes for carpets.

Thanks for replies on Magenta. I should check out a sample first!

Are you saying it is to much money, or are you saying you couldn't sell such a special specimen of a 928 at any price ?
