Are there different nuts sizes for the 928 rear axle. While attempting to change my rear wheel bearing I notice the rear axle nut had been stripped on my axle. Took the axle to the machine shop with a new nut and he informed me the axle thread diameter was to large. Looking into this nut size appears to be 22 X 1.5mm . Are there more then one size nut?

sounds like some one messed up changing the axle before. they are all the same size unless there is an odd ball one out there.
