Default GTS mini stroker

Thinking of building a GTS mini stroker. I have an 85 block, R2 heads and GT cams. I got a great deal on a GTS crank from a fellow rennlister that has slight wear on the journals and needs turned. Toying with the idea of offset grinding the rod journals to 2.1 inches and picking up .13 inches of stroke yielding an engine of approximately 350 cubic inches. The plan is to use stock GTS pistons and better, lighter slightly shorter rods, ideally .065 shorter. Any idea where to source them without breaking the bank? Or could I run a standard length rod and remove the .065 from the top of the piston and have a high/super high compression engine?

Try R&R rods in IL:

Last time I had them bid on a low volume set of rods, they were more competitive than most in both price and leadtime. Their steel rods are very nice in person, and what I plan on using in future projects that require custom dimensions.
