New 928 owner- Updated Pics
This is my first 928 I have owned. It is a 1984 Porsche 928, 5 speed....Just brought it home to Las Vegas from California today. Overall the car ran great on the 200 mile trip. It was definitely worth the 5 hour bus ride to go pick it up. Here are some pictures I took...The body overall is in pretty good shape other than the missing front spoiler and grill.
The interior could use a good cleaning, the dash is in decent shape, the seats could use some work. So far not working is the speedo, sunroof and drivers seat motors (intermittent)....also some control box has been zip tied to the front where the spoiler would normally be covering. Any feedback or thoughts are welcome.

Congrats! Appears you have a little work ahead of you, but hopefully you will enjoy your efforts by the mile.
Motor mounts are in your future.
My first was an 84. Drove it home from Florida to South Carolina. Was a blast!

There doesn't seem to be an issue with the mounts at this point....While i am wearing them out I have plenty of other things to work on though. I am looking forward to getting it back in shape...I just have to remind myself to be patient (not my strong suit) and do things right.

Looks like a great car to save. I'm in Vegas too, and I've got a lift. Be back in Sin City, middle of next month.

Welcome. I can't quite tell what color it is inside or out. I think it's the same as mine but not sure. Before I did my motor mounts, I had a lot of space between the intake tubes and cross brace. It can wait, but you will enjoy the improvement in smoothness if indeed they are shot. I recall many small victoories with mine over the years, and I hope you will enjoy yours too.
Good luck,
Dave
