found this beauty on iaai website , 1979 928 5-speed with 65K on the odometer, says it has transmission problems. Has a dent on the right rear quarter panel.. Says the car runs and drives.

No just happen to come across it..wanted to give you guys something to chat about...I always find it funny to read all the comments regarding 928's selling on eBay or Craigslist ... Red is just not my color

Guess on real value, less than $500 plus auction fees. That dent would make a salvage car out of something much nicer, and this one I see what looks like over spray, odometer is just salt in the wound of an old well abused car.

Well I'm sure it will not sell at the buy it now price ... This car is not salvage title

Its owned by State Farm insurance, when would title change? Maybe not til after the auction?

No,the title would not change after the auction...iaai gets final approval on title status before they make the cars available for auction. The auction details shows the title status as "clear"
