SUNDAY SUNDAY SUNDAY!!! Anderson & Kibort locked in high speed combat around the track at Sears Pt!

Anyone else going out to Sears Point to watch the Speed GT and ALMS races? Details are here:

American LeMans Racing Series at Infineon Raceway

There'll be a Porsche-only corral to park in when you get there. It'd be cool to have a bunch of 928's show up. Marks Anderson & Kibort will be racing their 928's in the Speed GT race which starts at 8:50 AM. They'll be doing battle with Porsches, Corvettes, VIpers, Audis, BMWs and other assorted high powered machinery. Sears is a great track for spectators as they've really improved the facilities over the last few years.

If you want to caravan up there from Emeryville at around 7:30 AM, let me know. Hope to see you out there

If I don't have to work, I'll come up from Sunnyvale. Where in Berkeley do you plan to meet at 7:30??

I'll try to make it since I'll be in that area. I go by Sears point at least twice a month but have never been to a race. How do I find the Porsche corral?

For those who can make it, let's meet at 7:30A on Sunday at the Circuit City parking lot in Emeryville. It's pretty easy access from the freeway and the lot should be empty as no one in their right mind should be shopping at that hour. The address is 5795 Christie Ave. and here's a yahoo map:
