Lightbulb 928 Community Action Request !!?

So a bump here...

What I'd like to do here is get someone to commit for each model year to check that these diagrams map correctly to the factory documentation on the CE panel, owner manual details, other details you have found (e.g. online) and as best you can tell against the actual implementation on your model year car.

I'd like to do this for every model year even if where are combined diagrams (e.g. 78 and 79, 87 and 88, 92, 93, 94 & 95 all individually).

Are some of you willing to commit to do this to ensure the quality of this work for all owners?

Please post here if you are willing to do this for a given model year - first to commit gets that year - please only do this for a car you own/have physical access to, and only commit if you can do this work in the next few weeks - (lets say ~3 weeks max - so by end day Sunday 9th Feb).

Please respond on findings to me by PM with details of:

1) What items you have verified as correct for Fuses & for Relays
2) Any issues you have identified, and against what source materials - what is the correct/alternate data.
3) What items you have been unable to verifiy either way (for whatever reason).

Please try as best you can to limit items in case 3) here.

I can check the one for 1986 against the Owners Manual, three card diagrams, and actual CE for my 86.5 5-speed.

One thing I noticed - don't know if you can do anything about it, and it is a bit of a nit - the numbering labels you have on the actual fuses of the 77-84 diagrams are all vertical, but on the 85-95 diagrams they are sideways but upside-down from the "Fuse Number" labels you show above them. FYI.

I can check an '88 Canadian version as installed tomorrow. Unfortunately, I don't have the CE panel card. The Owner's Manual, which I have, does not have any details.

Carlos - Yes I see what you mean.. (been looking at it so long I didn't really notice).

The base diagram is a legacy item, the text there is not in the ideal direction, agreed - I will rework that at some point - fortunately that is just a component in all the diagrams and pretty easily changed - there is only one single master of that part - so one big edit and a bunch of diagram rebuilds - not too bad.

Not sure if I will change the 77-84 diagrams as this point.. (less of an issue)

Thanks for noticing!

Alan

Alan, I have checked the '91 diagram. Other than the two minor items that I sent you in my PM the diagram is accurate.

Alan ... I'll check against my ROW 82S and 95 GTS as per my sig. Will check against manuals, CE panels and in car cards. Won't be able to PM results to you for about 5 - 6 days ... will that be OK?
