The first person who PM'd me has been put in touch with the seller and is going to see the car tomorrow. I will leave it to him to chime in here. He wants to get it on the road and drive it. Said he has all the parts.

He is. Paul got it running and he came and picked it up. It was in pretty good shape, other than the 10 footer paint job they put on it for the show.
