Default SITM 2014 June 6th and 7th

Working on my summer vacation calendar and am planing for SITM 2014 which is scheduled for June 6th & 7th. Double checked my reservation at the Best Western so I'm good there.

Let's see that means there are 120 days left to get ready. What should I work on this year that needs to be completed before then? I'm thinking radiate and fuel tank since they both have been leaking.

Looking forward to another weekend in NC with some familiar old faces... and really looking forward to the drive down... one of my favorite days of the year!

Hopefully the great white shark will be ready. Looking forward to the Alcoa run again. But no heart shaped tubs.

My shark is on the back burner, still got ABS issues, just haven't had time to dig into them. My other cars have needed looking after. Would like to make to SITM, then on to Va. and visit our daughter and grand kids. Maybe I can pull it off, would like to as I've never been out there yet.

Either would work for me. The ole lady says she'll fly out, it's to far in a car. That means I can do as I please. My daughter & husband, are building a large vacation home on Cape Charles Beach., it's supposed to be finished in March. I think Frenzy might be a better choice.

I just booked my rooms for SITM and the Alcoa run (no heart shaped tub this year).

So as per last year I will be driving down to Alcoa on the Thursday via Detroit/Windsor.

Since I was disappointed to not have time to drive much of the BRP last year I'm taking the Monday off as well and plan on driving up the BRP and Skyline drive Sunday/Monday and back home in T-Dot Monday late.

Looking forward to seeing some familiar faces and some new ones.

Sorry all, but I am not familiar with this outing. New to 928s and should have El Guapo Zyc car ready within 1.5 months with the minor mods I am doing. Great time of the year and would like to connect with many of you.

Whom do I need to contact? What are the next steps? Where is this venue held?

Thanks,
Alan

Doesn't seem to be much chatter about SITM. We're only a couple months out. Who's going?

It's been since 2007 that I have met up with SITM-headed folks in Waynesboro Thursday night, and only once ('08) was able to join them at MM1 the next morning. But this year reservations are made, I've registered with our gracious hosts, and I am very much looking forward to puttering down the BRP again!
