Default Track Seat setup????

So, what are you using and with what mounts? I've heard the 996 sliders may work on some seats? I'm getting confused to what I need for mounting and seats. I'd like an adjustable seat back and sliders, but what is the best bet? Recaro SRD's seem to fit nicely along with a ton of others.

If possible I want to do a setup that can be easily changed back to street.

Pictures of what you have and the mounting please..... 36-38 waist 6' tall

Curt,
My experience with the SRD's and 928 sliders was that I gained about 2" of headroom by replacing the OE 8 way power seats. I didn't need that, but for everyone over about 5'10, it really helps with the helmet/seatback recline issue, the seat back being straighter puts your shoulders closer to the steering wheel. So, I just suggest you be aware of seat 'height' when you finalize your purchase.

Perfect timing, I just fitted a bunch of different seats in the Zombie with new harnesses and am 6'3" 38" waist. Ended up with a large Sparco Ergo F, which has detachable halo cushions. Pictures of the install at 11 (assuming work ever freaking stops today....)

Do they still make that seat? I didn't see it on their web site with a quick preview.

They do, but its called the Speed.

A few years ago you could order them with the sub belt opening from the factory. Not sure if they still do. I'd call Stable Energies in NJ since they are a Recaro Distributor.
