I love the 16 gage fine-strand speaker wire! I bought a large spool for test leads and other uses, including the almost identical relay jumper. It is really difficult to find fine-strand, flexible primary automotive wire at the local parts stores, and West Marine is gone.

Martin - while I assume it has already worked OK for you - that (lighting type) switch is not going to be rated to survive this usage for very long... good idea using the relay base/can as a connector!
