I think that price is an issue. There are lots of '87s around for far, far less. Yours looks to have had a lot of good maintenance, but you don't give enough detail about that, which must include dates IMO. For example, you document $5200 of work, but don't say when the timing belt, water pump etc was last done (mileage and date), flex plate tension, coolant flush etc.

You've mentioned some issues (paint thin in places, interior wear), but not posted photos of them. People on here know the weak points of these cars at this age, so would like to see photos of those areas.

I bet it looks fantastic now then. Time for new photos to show it at its best.
