110 038 is the start of the serial number, from the passenger side of the case. On the driver's side it'll say either G28/03 or G28/05. Should look like ZXT928's picture in post 5899.

As far as I'm aware they did not put GTS rear bumpers on 928s until 1992. So any GTS bumper on a '91 or older is a replacement.
