The database does not list this as a Weissach edition, though it only includes 202 VINs with the M462 Weissach option code. There is a thread discussing Weissach #219, so it's possible there were some without the option code listed in PET.

I don't have any direct experience with Japanese market cars but in the database they typically have very few options listed. Not sure whether that's because they don't have many options or they just aren't reported.
