The German market automatic is listed as A28.08, which has a 2.35:1 final drive, while the A28.09 is 2.53:1. It's a 7% difference, RPM at 60 mph might help tell which one is in the car. I wonder (with no evidence to support it) if it's because the car lists a trailer hitch (does it have a trailer hitch on it?)
