Looks like it could be a decent driving candidate. Updated '89 5-spd possibly negates the LSD option, but also might be from a GT and still is better than the '85???? Euro headlights. Rear bumper missing rear light so probably replaced at some time. The federalized side lights are interesting. Very small, which is unlike the trailer lights that were usually slapped on.
Either he is running a huge bottle of nitrous, or he does balloons at kids parties.

It still has the H4s, and the fog lights haven't been replaced with the US parking lights (although they don't look quite right).
No mileage, no service history listed, needs a front spoiler (I don't know if I think $350 is inexpensive or not), ad says "dash needs work," which really isn't a trivial job, depending on what it needs. No good pics of the dash or the top of the pod. Seats look ok, but bolster isn't shown very clearly.
It looks pretty nice, and may have serious potential.
But there are a few questions that need answers.

My 80 euro also had those chezzy add on parking lights, steel beams installed in the doors, headlight adjustment disconnected, etc to comply when it was brought in. Seems whatever port these euro cars came in and the mood of the fed agents at the time what was done on these cars. 5spd borg-warner trans, 300+ hp with no threat of t-belt killing the motor, whats not to like.02 T

Vin for reference, WP0ZZZ92ZFS840221. Google had no hits except CL ad and 928 registry.
Not sure why, but ads with "collection" or "collector" always make me think "flipper".

Yeah I'd say that's something, good bargaining chip to further reduce the price. Might explain the extensive interior warpage, hope the water saturation wasn't that extreme. Engine looks pretty dirty. Blue bottles could be the fake NOS subwoofer...or the wires could be a warmer and remote opener...but I have to think a seller would mention such a thing...that plus steering wheel wrap indicates some youthful ownership to me, possible risk factor, though the listing party has some knowledge (option codes) and reads straight. Missing lenses up front. Nice pile of parts, possible fun track car, maybe more if bones are solid and wallet is thick...but not much value with the record against the vin.

How much nitrous could you possibly need?
My favorite lines from the craigslist ad:
The front spoiler will need to be replaced(inexpensive online).
The rear panels in the interior will need attention as will the dash(minor work for a diy guy).

the tanks in the back are woofers for the upgraded stereo,
yes they do look like scuba/ nitrous tanks,
it could have been a flood car as indicated by carfax.
a look at the CE panel will confirm this.
Fishy also is the the seller has only driven it around the block and parked it,
and not gotten the title put into his name. Says it was shipped up to him
Though he says it drives well and no leaks.
The shifter looks to be the part that was updated not the transmission.
More than a few red flags, so we will see
