Veyron engine is basically two VW Passat W8 engines put together.

How does this configuration work on the crank- do 4 rods bolts to each big end journal?

Curiously there are videos on youtube of a big cnc milling machine carving blocks from billet, saying they are Veyron, but they are different from that above. With a milled block, how would you make the coolant galleries? I suspect they are just demos showing off the milling machine.

Neat, but I prefer a good old fashioned V8, straight six, or H6.
