Default OT - Porsche 550 replica for sale

A co-worker of mine is selling it, and it's got about 6,500 miles on it. Another child on the way means the toy (at least one of them) has to go.

Email me if you'd like more info.

I think my son likes it

Looks like a Beck replica. I nearly bought a Vintage replica a few years back, but investment value with any of those kits is very questionable.

Price is waaay high. Three years ago, I was going to get that Vintage for $20,000...it had webbers, a 2150 cc, 911 fan shroud, coil overs and 4 wheel disk brakes. More power to him if he can get it. Looks liek a really fun car(t).

Tarek:

I don't know if it's an aluminum body. If you really want to know, try emailing him at lcsjoberg@msn.com

If it is a Beck, the body is glass.

Other than the Spyder, the garage and its contents belong to someone other than the seller.

The price includes the extra stuff he's including, like the tonneau cover, badging and better brakes. He also spent a fair amount of cash getting it titled, which ain't easy for a "new" car featuring circa 1950's emissions, safety stuff, etc.

I'm told orders for Vintage models currently have an 18 month waiting list.
