Movie magic.....
I guess the implication was that it was the
first time to start the engine after 20 plus
years...... certainly that would not be the case
Of course, a lot of time was spent checking
and double checking the fuel pressures
and ignition components
I believe my line in the video is
Let's see if it will start
Of course, it was gonna start
So, I guess I am Spielberg

Well....
Where it all began....
Selling my 79 Minerva blue in Sept
Proclaiming at Frenzy to want to find a real project
Having a friend looking for Saab parts find one in a junkyard
Watching the yard load the 78 onto my trailer with a forklift
Now in my garage.......off we go

Very cool to see this car running!
For those who missed it, here's the original thread with pics of the car in the junkyard, and some surprising turn ups like finding out some history of the car along the way..

In another thread, we keep discussing the lack of good 928 Panorama stories. My god, wouldn't this one just be outstanding? I just read the other thread, about finding the car, and then realizing it was the same car that someone had approached Kevin about before...crazy! This is just one of those brilliant articles waiting to be written, as soon as the car is "done."
