I did cap along with a new wire set 5k ago.
The coil and the green wire are original to me.

The plugs are gapped at 28.

Chasing the vacuum leak aka the miss I took off my dash pod. There is a short somewhere as the right side seems to work OK, tach, oil and voltage
The left bank when the car is turned on the speedo jumps to 40mph and the fuel and temp gauges pin them selves to the top. None of the lights work either.
I found the vacuum leak, it's the defroster hose connection to the HVAC.

A somewhat weak mixture could easily show up as a misfire, more apparent under load.

Not sure what I right but the miss is gone. I fixed the vacuum leak behind the dash, had the injectors cleaned, new plugs, pulled the intake manifold, cleaned everything, put it all back together. PASSED SMOG, no miss at all and drove it to LA with missing a beat.
I have not changed the green wire.
Thanks to everyone
