Default PK tensioner question...first of many I'm sure
Just assembling the PK tensioner (finally!)
There is a small black O-ring attached to the piece in the photo. Is that O-ring there to hold the washers in place for shipping, or is it part of the assembly that gets bolted on?

Holds the washer in place. Take it out.
