OK for more info the battery terminals are fitted so that the forward terminal is HOT,
this will correspond to the fat black cable running along the frame .
in the picture posted this fat round cable is on the left of the battery.

NOTE always make sure to have the terminal cover in position before closing the cover ,
and verify that the + terminal will not hit the metal cover before you connect the ground terminal.

NOTE more than a few batteries have fried the top cover due to a missing hold down bracket,
or installing the wrong sized battery

NOTE the rear terminal is the negative or ground cable ,
and this ground cable will terminate at the rear of the chassis behind the tool tray cover.
The flat woven cable is the ground cable and is on the right side of the battery
