BTW the integrated fog lights are only on ROW S4+ cars.
The rear of the cluster has the instructions for fitting the double filament bulb and the harness needs one socket changing to a dual - pretty cheap using one from a Nissan Quest. One rear fog light switch and you should be in business. Note rear fog light switch is different to our front fog light switch.
Rear fog switch sits below the front one.
I am really glad my SE has them. More for the torrential rain than the fog - thick fog in TX is two mile visibility.

Does it have the "Do It Yourself" manual transmission, or the superior "Fully Equipped by Porsche" Automatic Transmission?

on the pre 87 cars there is a molded in cutout on the PU cover for the lamp.
So USA covers should also have this molded in cutout,
dont forget there as also a rubber trim that's put into the cover after the hole has been made, the lamp assembly will then fit into the trimmed area.
IDK if the 87 and newer cars have this cutout molded into the rearside of the PU
Joe its short for.... PU = polyurethane bumper cover

I will have to look closer under there. A rear fog would be a nice touch.
