I love guessing games, tell me when I am getting warm:
a heated kidney shaped pool?
a microwave oven?
a Dyna-Gym ?
a king-size Titanic unsinkable Molly Brown waterbed with polybendum?
a foolproof plan and an airtight alibi?
real simulated Indian jewelry?
a Gucci shoetree?
a year's supply of antibiotics?
a personally autographed picture of Randy Mantooth ?
Bob Dylan's new unlisted phone number?
a beautifully restored 3rd Reich swizzle stick?
Rosemary's baby?
a dream date in kneepads with Paul Williams?
a new Matador?
a new mastodon?
a Maverick?
a Mustang?
a Montego?
a Merc Montclair?
a Mark IV?
a meteor?
a Mercedes, an MG, or a Malibu?
a Mort Moriarty, a Maserati, a Mac truck?
a Mazda, a new Monza, or a moped?
a Winnebago?
a McCulloch chainsaw?
a Las Vegas wedding?
a Mexican divorce?
a solid gold Kama Sutra coffee pot?
or a baby's arm holding an apple?

I have to send it to Constantine as a core. You would be in the same boat you are now with mine. You could buy it from me for the core charge and then get your core charge back from Constantine when you send yours back to him. I'd have to call him and see if that is ok.

I just talked to Constantine. He needs me to send it back for rebuild stock or something. You should contact hi and just get a new or rebuilt one. My all new one was $1150 delivered or so. I. Don't have invoice in front of me right now

Hi Jeff and chitown928S4,

Yes we need the TT body core back to replace our rebuilding stock.

Since Jeff brought it up, here it is by the numbers:

Three (3) Super Bearings: $580.00
New BSRD 928 automatic 25mm drive shaft: $350.00 - per customer request
Rebuild fee (includes dismantling, cleaning, bead blast, powder coat and re-assembly): $150.00
S&H (including return of core): $100.00
Total: $1180.00

Cheers,

Yes there are cheaper routes.

Order three Super Bearings ($580.00, plus shipping) and rebuild the TT yourself as most people do. The Super Bearings were designed to replace the weight of the old vibration dampener.

Order a rebuilt version from one of the other 928 suppliers.

HTH,
