Different shark: 1962 El Tiburon "Shark" roadster by Geoffrey Hacker. Here's a link to an Autoweek article about it:http://www.autoweek.com/article/2013...ws01/130229795

The familiar to me is the overall shape of a smothed out Jaguar E-Type, with B pillars from a Lambo Miura and a dash of something else that seems familiar... but I'm not reminded so much of a 928.

More than familiar looks:
http://www.autoblog.nl/nieuws/berton...t-car-63-57383
' Anatole Lapine, Chef Design bij Porsche in de jaren ’70, zegt later zich bij de Porsche 928 sterk te hebben laten inspireren door het ontwerp van de Testudo.'
The translation says that Tony Lapine admitted to have been inspired by the car when designing the 928.
And, you're right: Miura also designed at Bertone. The Testudo concept made Ferrucio decide to design most of its cars at Bertone.
I guess it is the truth as it is on the interweb :-)

That's a Maserati in the making right there ^. Looks like the Ghibli crest. Or is it a pinanfarina..
I came across a web history of the corvette at one point that included pre-production prototypes, one was about spot on. To my chagrin.
