to really check this,

drop the CE panel so you get to the back of the panel,

find the wires for the washer,
and using the test light see if each wire has 12v

NOTE the fuse can be good but the wire connection to the back of the pfuse hold could be bad
ok i will try to check that, thanks

on the plug you have + / - one wire is brown.

connect the test light to the positive wire ,

then ground the other side to the chassis,
dont use the ground in the plug ,

this will check the ground path.

BUT you just said that the test light works in the plug so the ground must be good
so the motor should also work.

SO try removing the washer section of the motor then test the motor,
maybe its bound up enough so to keep the motor from turning

the motor was taken apart and cleaned, works/spins and suck water fine cause i forgot which tube in and which tube out, like i said, works directly to battery, test light on plug lights up, almost 12 v from plug when switch pulled but won't work when plugged in. I called my mechanic and even he said its weird and no suggestion coming from him either.

When i pulled on the switch, i can hear some clicking sound coming from the CE panel area.....is there a relay???

Relay thats clicking or try swapping another relay.
Though you should also do the other test about the wire outputs I already posted.

I am going to try to look for the clicking sound but i didn't know there's a relay for the pump? I will then get the voltage from the wire to the fuse.

The intermittent wiper relay is clicking when switch pulled.
No power from the wire output fuse # 6 windshield wipers/int. washer

Which pump is this again? intensive on cowl or main pump @ tank bottom?

Intensive has a dedicated relay, main tank pump is direct drive from the stalk.

If it's the intensive washer pump sounds like your relay contacts are dirty - new relay - or try to open up and clean them. It is not the pump. This is why I asked you to do that test - these are the classic symptoms of worn out relay contacts.

This is related but independent action. When you activate the intensive washers (or the regular washers) it triggers the intermittent relay to do the 3 wipes (else you'd just have a jet of water....). you need to test the intensive relay. You can take it out and bridge relay socket pins 30 & 87 should run. If you really have no power at the TOP of the fuse#6 then you have a fuse blown or a fuse connection issue - clean it up well.... that is the issue - you must have power there for intensive washing and general washing/wiping to work...

Are you getting power to the fuse?

Yes - measure top connection of the fuse - if you have no power nothing here will work.
