my '92 GTS has R12 a/c but its not a ROW car or a US car.........it is a purpose built Canadian model, no rear a/c and heated seats, sold in '92 but has a P VIN.
Its also a 5 speed

Its US car in a sense that its VIN is in US sequence. All C36 Canada cars are US cars except two '90 MY cars without airbags which had their own separate VIN sequence. Other '90 MY C36 cars were in US VIN set.
