I do not believe that anyone could duplicate Mike's engine for under 75K. I know that I can not.

That figure feels about right assuming that all the tool (CNC or otherwise) setup comes with. I think if you had to start with 'no bits' and pay someone to do the set up from scratch the cost would ... double?

pretty much the only "thing" Mike's engine is "missing" is a custom billet block...which I don't think can be done for under $100k anyway

The reason why a final price has not been posted is because Mike and I agreed upon a payment plan.

Starting October 1st I just have to make 10,384 easy payments (plus postage and handling) and he is also throwing in a slap chooper, a set of ShamWow's, and some of the spray on hair stuff, 3/4 of a can.

If I pay it off early he's going to toss in pocket fisherman and a slightly used shake-weight.

Extremely sad that I missed the offer.
This was a killer deal.
This engine (like most of your engineering affairs) truly is a work of art.

Mike, good luck with whatever project you're moving to.

Best regards,
Alex-

.
So 5 dollars per month?

Sounds too expensive to me, make it 10.928 dollars
