door chime with key out

Default door chime with key out
My door chime recently started malfunctioning.
With the door open, and key out of ignition (and headlights off) the chime keeps ringing....any thoughts? Hope I don't need to change the ignition cylinder

Is the turn signal stalk either in the up or down position?

Parklng lights (either side) or Marker lights on AND door open the chime will sound...
