Not a bad call... At least expand the second garage. He's talked for years about putting a big garage off the right side of the top of the driveway. I could offer to buy the lift! And help build it of course.

I see a '66-'67 Pontiac A-body in the background too.

In the second picture... It appears the car had a Vette/Chevy motor in it at one time.

no problem. Bring her to Watkins this fall and when she gets a look at my wife flying around the track in her 928 she will be sold! Sell her on the"family" aspect of tracking cars!

I just might have to throw my hat in the ring on this one, it's a lot further on than one of my race car projects that I paid a lot more for...but do I really need a sixth 928?

Unfortunately she's unavailable for the weekend. That's awesome, though, that your wife is driving too! That means we'll have 7 sharks at the Glen.

I've tried to play up the family aspect of collecting cars to my wife...she doesn't really buy that...the kids do love my cars though, going to shows etc...she says they only love them because I do and wouldn't care about them if I didn't. Makes sense I guess, but I do...and so do they..."it is what it is" as a customer of ours loves to say...

You've got the space to store cars amigo. Well, outdoors anyway. You need to build a shop, too! I have no such space. My two car garage, built in 1926, is really a 1.5 car garage. With two in the driveway, there's really nowhere to put this unit. I've had two 928s in my garage before, but it's a PITA. Way too tight. Plus this race car has GTS hips = less room.

Watching it too, good eye FBIII,

I can't imagine he will let it go this cheap. Need a big garage space.

There will come a time when these deals no longer exist.

Not me. I bid about 15 times but never eclipsed an earlier bid. I have a strange feeling, though, that whoever I was bidding against has some connection with the seller and created a "reserve" of sorts with a high early bid; just a hunch. I hate that eBay now doesn't show full usernames for bidders.
