Carl,

Further to your write up, with respect to the models with the louvres, whereas wiring them open was a stock item for those 928's delivered over here such as my late [deceased] 90 S4, that system is further improved by removing the slats altogether and that is a 5 minute job as I recall. It does make a small but welcome improvement due to allowing more air to flow.

Fully agree with and have also done everything else you mention.

I agree Fred, when I see the movable louver system I remove it entirely instead of just wiring them open. I cut the louvers in the center and then both ends come out toward the middle easily.

Is there a way to get them out intact without pulling the bumper shell?
