All of the ranting and raving about other Porsche owners not
acknowledging us...not so this weekend in Monterey.
Stuck in long lines of traffic, a gazillion 911's, Corvettes
Bugatti's, Lambo's, Alfa's, you name it and for the first time
they all nodded that there was a 928 along with them.
Great weekend.
This shot was taken at the Baja Cantina in Carmel Valley.
Next year we have to get a group of 928's together to show off on the golf course at the Legends of the Autobahn. Huge turnout of spectators and cars and one 928 parked off in the corner.

I am definitely in for next year. I missed going up this year, after attending the previous 4 years. I should have my 928 completely sorted by this time next year and will definitely be attending a number of the events including Legends of the Autobahn.
On a side note, If anyone is planning on attending Porsche Escape this year, I will be bringing he 928 and we could try to get a group together there as well.

Lots of comments about just how good a 928 sounds. Which is most likely 50% of why we love them so much. Hanging around the track there were a dozen or so C7 Corvettes, being driven by all the hot shoes. First comment is that they sound "whezzy" No matter how many focus groups it takes to design a car ( my opinion )
