My central locking system on my 82 5 speed is completely dead. When using the key from the outside it will not lock both doors. I have checked the 400ma fuses and fuse 21 and they are ok. My window motors work fine and all other interior light/electrical gremlins have been addressed while my interior was out for refresh. Other than a cut wire somewhere by the PO is there anything else I should be looking for? Thanks.

Sounds like you need to adjust/clean contacts on lock switch. It was a real pain when I did this for my '81 but did fix problem similar to yours.
