Question Rotors out of round?

Anyone have experience with new rotors being out of round? I'm not talking about being warped, I'm talking about being out of round radially. I haven't put a dial indicator on it yet but just by eyeing the rotor relative to the caliper I can see that the distance between the two varies as I spin the rotor. And no I don't experience any brake pulsing or high speed wobble.

I'm thinking it might not be seated on the hub all the way. Have you tried laying the rotor on a flat surface and looking at it?

Edit - Oops, never mind...
