Default Project Update: new rewards, request for feedback

Thanks to all who've backed this project so far... we're off to a great start!

I've added new rewards for FANS of the Phone Dial wheel. Take a look to see if the new gear interests you.

Also, I've commented on the project here, asking for feedback from those considering purchasing a wheelset.
http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/...assic/comments

And for those interested in general discussion on the project, the wheels, or any questions/feedback you may have...

Lets start talking about it!

Thanks!

That's right, Jim... off to a fantastic start!

But we still need your help (sounding like NPR pledge driver here).

Hoping to find more interested in a 18" modular Phone Dial wheelset!

Hoping to find more wanting some cool 928 and Phone Dial schwag!

I believe this is a great opportunity to get in on something really unique and special. Make it count!

*end NPR transmission*

Seem to have lost some momentum...

Community support is the best way to launch this project!

If you have questions, comments... I would love to read them here. Thanks!

We're in for a set (but not showing on kickstarter yet), and lovin' the style and the perfect offsets in a 18" wheel.
This is going to be very cool, now we just need to get it done!

Bump! 21 days to go, and counting!

Let's make it happen! We seem stuck at the halfway mark. Jim is offering some cool collectibles in trade for helping the effort!

Wrote an article for the PCA e-Brake newsletter about Phone Dials and this Kickstarter project.
Take a look... it's a quick read!

Default Nice one!

Hey Jim, great article! I love the link to Car Styling Quarterly, seeing the birth of the 928 from sketches fascinates the hell outta me. Keep the quill moist brother!

Thanks Pablo! You're right when you said writing is easy when you're passionate about it.

We're officially over halfway now, with a couple new backers recently!

Curious.... can I get a show of hands of those planning to become a backer? Considering wheels, or other rewards?

I am considering a set for my GTS - my boredom threshold times out when I look at the details - correct offset available 9 front and 11 rear ???
9.5 to big and 10.5 to small.

^^^^ Hi Roger ... thanks for checking in.

There's a 9" ET69 front... ideal for 245's (255 max)
There's a 10.5 ET63 rear, ideal for 295's (315 max)

These fitments and offsets are very good for the GTS, and will handle a lot of tire.

Would love to have you on-board the project, Roger!
