You can remove the rubber piece that connects the blower housing to the evaporator housing, then peek in there. Open the hood and take the cowl cover just forward of the windshield off to get at it.

Thanks for the tip.
I moved the rubber peice in and it was actually pretty clean.. a few leaves and such but not at much as I thought. I was able to shove a small vacuum hose in to get anything that was loose.
So rats nest.
I'm leaning towards a stuck flap not opening .
Blower works well.
No leaks
Cold on the high side of the expansion valve.
Might be time to take the console off.. again.

I took off the Console and Vacuum tested the individual lines. I couldn't find any leaks.
I saw another thread head with a similar issue and it was caused by the temp
sensor in the drivers side front fender not being in the hose, so i took a look.
No Sensor or Hose!!
Would the AC still be functional without the outside temp sensor?

I had the same thing. My a/c and heat only worked full cool or full hot. I bought a used outside sensor and all is well.
