Stan, I've replaced the slave 3 times. The slave is basically new. Based on the fact that it is almost new, and the seals look perfect, I put it all back together and it's working. We'll see how it goes. I do have a cheap RockAuto slave on the shelf I can swap out if I have more problems with it.

yeah butt, yeah butt, yeah butt,
if the slave has fluid in the boot its leaking,
it could be fresh off the shelf.
I somehow wonder if maybe your system didnt have a spring fracture and the lines are still contaminated with metal shards

It's not the most recent part I've replaced, but it was last replaced a month or so ago with less than 100 miles use since.

Stan, no broken springs that I have seen. Also, the seal in the SC looks good.
