Dietz (sp?) dune-buggy/utility headlights look similar is shape to the covers used on the 928. The mounting is a single hollow vertical bolt underneath with wires passed through. Shape similar, mounting is way different.

If you have ever cupped a 928 headlight cover in your hands, they are anything but symmetrical round torpedos.
