Obviously there is somthing wrong - so installing more fuses (and certainly bigger fuses) is not the answer.
You need to tell us more about your seats - what are they - stock? number of ways?, heat?, memory? etc.
You will need to take the seat out.
Possibilities are: Simple wiring short - may be obvious, heater element issues (or delay relay), switch or motor issues (but note motors require a switch active for a current path...
For a baisic non-memory seat without heat - diagnosis requires the seat out and a multimeter in ohms mode across the supply pins (red & brown), circuit should be OC until a switch is pressed.
Have you changed any switches, relays, motors, wiring? If so what do you do?
