Just thinking if this type of clip could be an alternative tot he stock plastic clips.

Not sure if the neoprene will be heat resistant enough?

Which clips? It you are referring to the plastic ones that secure the wires to the cam covers all I need to know is why? I have a box full of them on my work bench left over from couple of pre-S4 928s - available for you.

 

Most of mine are busted from the PO. I would just like to be able to have a clip that would allow the use of a wire insulation sleeve all the way and not have to stop it for the clip.
