Loosen the nut and use a big size allen key to twist the oval shaped spacer. There are two on each side, one does camber the other caster I believe.

My reading of the spec sheet is that the recommended range for front ride height is 150 to 200 mm measured at a specific point on the lower A-arm, although 150 will often result in smacking pavement in bumpy turns in the local twisties unless you have very stiff shocks. Also, bump steer is exaggerated at the lower end of the range. Here's the later spec sheet published in 1993.

Adjusting camber is somewhat interactive with caster, and dramatically affects toe settings since it moves the lower balljoints in and out relative to the steering rack which stays the same width in the car. Bottom line: Don't adjust camber without being able to measure and adjust at leat the toe-in after the camber i where you want it.
