cool James.. looks somewhat shiny? Is it shiny or just a reflection? Post some pics of the door jambs and the seams close up... looks like a good option over painting..

So, that is your interpretation of "green" mobility...

I like it!

Tom just ruined my game! LOL!

My opening question was rhetorical as I ALSO wonder what has happened to that LAST US GTS!

This is in fact a vinyl wrap... It is a one of a kind wrap actually. There is only ONE green pearl/metallic color currently on the market and it is Matte finish! So this is actually a clear gloss laminate to the matte green pearl.

The pair of guys wrapping this car put about 75 man hours in to the job and we took everything off that was reasonable to remove so they could do a REALLY 1st class job on it. When you see the car you SWEAR it must be painted.

IT IS NOT! This is an amazing job and it looks first class all the way. SO, if you have thought about wrapping your car instead of painting it...I think this is a GREAT way to go! Here are some more detailed shots...

Thank you Nicole for noting I am a true (closet) environmentalist!

Damn, for a second I was hoping this was the one! But I did think the color was a little off... Looks great nonetheless!

Here are a couple of shots of the passenger door sill area... You can see how minimal the seam actually is and how fully they wrapped the door jamb!

Trent,

Is is quite doubtful that this is the real color of THE LAST, but no one will ever know for sure as it has not been seen in something like 16 years and every pic of the car looks different. Some shots look down right yellow others a vibrant green like this car.

There was no way to know what the true color was/is and of course I have been working on this part of the project for over a year and we only just now have a green pearl vinyl and it is Matte instead of gloss so we had to be creative!

I used Revolution Wraps here in Austin...if you are in the area and need some work done be sure to call these guys! They were GREAT to work with!!!

Thanks Dean...not quite Marvin, but pretty dang cool! I was trying to do the last anyway, but I think I am closer to Marvin than I am to '95 GTS #77! That is no bad thing either as Marvin is GORGEOUS!
