Default Front wheel bearing noise, but not wheel bearings

I have a noise from my left front wheel. It is a =cut= noise when I reverse and it unloads the wheel and get a =cut= noise when it loads up. Other than that there is no noise. The next time I will hear that noise is when I brake and again when I accelerate. It has to be a hard brake and accelerate event for it to happen. I can also feel the =cut= in the front bottom of the car when I am seated in the driver seat.
So, I thought it was the wheel bearings. I replaced the inner & outer wheel bearings & races. I also replaced the inside seal.
There is no play in the bearings. I did the 3 & 9 / 6 & 12 test with the tire on and there is no movement. When I replaced the bearings I did not see any damage or hot spots on the spindle.
Here is a video of what I am talking about.
grr:

thats the pads rocking back and forth in the calipers.

You could fit another set of pads and the noise may go away.

otherwise have the calipers ever been worked on how much back and forth play do the pads have might you have the wrong pads

Default Update

So yesterday I went ahead and replaced the brake pads and the noise was still there.
I removed the brake caliper and just rotated the hub. I got a very slight noise. It looks like that the brake caliper just amplifies the noise.
this is what I found.

I had replaced the wheel bearing and the seal. Looked at the spindle and did not see any wear. Now a couple of 1000 miles and there is wear. Maybe I just did not look hard enough at the bottom of the spindle as you have to lie on the floor to see it.
In the hub you can see the red mobil 1 grease turned brown from the wear of the spindle.

I posted about setting preload a while ago, anyway, your bearing should be OK if you follow these instructions,
this involves facing the washer on both sides with grit paper ,
also do the nut face,
you should be able to move the washer with slight pressure from a screwdriver tip,
the inner bearing will let the hub rotor move slightly since its worn,
this will be felt when backing up the brakes rotors will move out of plane.
eventually you will need new spindles,
it seems that the spindles are made of soft metal and may have been cut just a hair undersize,
as i have seen this issues on just about every car I have messed with the front bearings

If that was a bearing noise it would whine at high speeds. Check that the pads are not moving. That what is sounds like to me.
If you want drive it here we put it at the lift and take a look at it. I have a caliper here to try on.

Could the calipers have broken or missing spring/guide plates? Do the pads fit snuggly in these plates?
